We accept many insurance plans and are in-network with select plans. We are happy to check if your coverage applies and invite you to call our office with any questions, or start by filling out the form on our Patient Center page.

We reserve approximately two hours for the new-patient experience. Patients should bring a valid ID, insurance card, medication list, and any relevant health information.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a $50 fee.

While we do our best to accommodate a cleaning during the new-patient experience, we want to ensure treatment is personalized and never rushed. If additional laboratory testing, imaging, or prescriptions are needed, the cleaning may need to be scheduled for a later date so the correct treatment protocol can be followed.

Our complimentary comfort menu includes noise-canceling headphones, medical-grade weighted blankets, and other amenities. We will do everything reasonably possible to help patients feel calm and comfortable.
